Dialers and its text-messaging cousin, Broadcast, had a good run. A really good run. After more than ten years, both have been replaced by something dramatically better: RocketVox Reach.

Reach is automated calling and text broadcasting redesigned from scratch as a faster, simpler, much more capable platform.

The complicated CSV can retire too

Dialers campaigns once meant building files with the right columns, dates, times, flows, and prerecorded prompts. Reach starts with a simple text file containing phone numbers.

Upload the list and Reach validates the recipients, removes duplicate entries, and enforces the required consent before a campaign can move into delivery.

Write it once. Send it your way.

Voice

Type a message, generate natural speech, choose a voice and speed, then preview it before launch.

Text

Send clear customer alerts, reminders, updates, announcements, and permission-based promotions.

Both

Combine phone and text when the message matters enough to use more than one channel.

Reach includes 32 natural-sounding voices, because hearing what you are about to send to 1,000 people before you send it to 1,000 people seems like a pretty good feature.

Press 1 gets interesting

A voice campaign can invite recipients to press 1 and connect directly to any RocketVox Flow. That can mean a RocketVox Intelligence AI Agent that answers detailed questions, a queue where your team takes over live, or another call flow built around the response you expect.

Your team can answer from a VoIP phone or the RocketVox iPhone and Android apps. The broadcast does not have to be the end of the conversation.

Control the campaign while it runs

  • Start immediately or schedule a campaign for later.
  • Keep outreach inside configurable safe calling hours.
  • Choose normal or expedited delivery speed.
  • Pause, resume, edit, abort, or archive campaigns.
  • Watch completed, failed, and remaining deliveries in real time.

Account-level limits keep delivery moving at a controlled pace, while voice calls are securely routed through your company’s assigned RocketVox server.

Same mission. Much better rocket.

Dialers and Broadcast are officially retired. Reach takes over the same essential job with less setup, more control, better visibility, and a much stronger connection to the rest of RocketVox.
